We're all new at some point and it can be daunting to go a church for the first time. We encourage an open mind and heart to hearing new things when you step through our doors, and of course all are welcome.

Sojourn Fellowship Church does not have its own building, so we are currently gathering at Eastside Christian Church.
Services are held in a room located on the backside of the main building.
Not yet, but we are interested in starting one. If you would like to volunteer to help us run one, please contact us.
Despite that, know that your little one is still welcome to join us for the main service.
No. We claim no denomination at all. While we gather and observe the sabbath on Saturday (Leviticus 23:3), our doctrines differ from Adventists in other ways. For a simple example, we do not encourage believers to engage in vegetarianism.
No and not quite.
Because we declare Jesus to be the messiah and we keep the practice of Sabbath, it is understandable how one could become confused. Messianic Jewish churches tend to keep additional man-made practices related to the Talmud and later rabbinical teachings, but we do not. For example, we do not celebrate Hanukkah or Purim. In no way do we strive to be culturally "Jewish." All of our beliefs and doctrines are pulled from scripture, not from tradition.
Absolutely not.
"Sacred Name Theology" refers to the idea that only God's and Jesus' holy names may be used in reference to them. Some have gone so far as to say that you aren't saved if you called on the name of "Jesus" instead of "Yahshua."
This is an egregious twisting of scripture and we do not abide by it. The prevalence of the name "YHWH" throughout the website is simply a preference of the ministry. That said, whether you call our Father "God," "YHWH," "Adonai," "Father," etc. is perfectly fine. It's the same for his son. What's important is that we all understand that we are coming together in worship of the creator of heaven and earth.
No. It's just a similar name. This is a separate ministry entirely.
